Catcher Brittany Maio reached base four times, including a two-run single in the first inning, to lead the host Indians to this SCC interdivision win.

Maio scored twice, and also reached on an error, a fielder's choice and a walk.

Sophomore pitcher Leah Torre allowed just two hits and struck out 11 for Guilford (5-2).

Ashley Borchert and Alyssa Brunski had the Easties (4-3) only hits.
