No. 1 Seymour 4, Holy Cross 2: Sarah Molin and Brianna Donnarummo each had two hits for Seymour (10-0) in a NVL win at Waterbury. Kaitlyn Shortell had two hits and an RBI for Holy Cross (5-5).
Cheshire 4, East Haven 2: Caroline Kushner went 2-for-4 with an RBI double in the Rams SCC interdivision win at Cheshire.
Nicole D’Amato picked up the win for Cheshire (6-3). Brianna Spadacenta went 3-for-3 with a home run and a triple for East Haven (6-2).
