Cheshire led 5-1 entering the top of the seventh inning before Mercy rallied to score three in the inning. However, a ground out ended the threat and the Rams hung on in this SCC interdivision contest.

Cheshire: Alexa DiLeo had two hits and two RBIs, BryAnna McIntosh had an RBI double and Caroline Kushner and Kierstyn Bourdeau had run-scoring singles.

Mercy: Tori Vickerman had a two-run double and Maddy DeRita had an RBI single.
