Law rallies past Guilford

MILFORD — All season long, Jonathan Law softball coach Melanie Paolini has stated how strong her team’s lineup is. Paolini feels no matter what part of the order is up, the leadoff batter can start a rally.

Law showed just how true this is, scoring three times in the fifth inning to defeat Guilford 3-1at a soggy Jonathan Law Thursday afternoon.

“We have hitters all through the lineup,” Paolini said. “No matter where we are, we feel we can hit the ball. We got a few in a row today. We got some big hits from some freshmen and sophomores. They had ice in their veins.”
