Halligan perfect against Portland
Meagan Halligan pitched a perfect game and struck out 11 for North Branford, which beat Portland 11-0 in this Shoreline Conference victory at Portland.
Kayla Nowak had two hits, including a home run, three RBIs and two runs and Bailey McGinnis tripled and scored twice for North Branford (4-1).
For her efforts, Halligan has been nominated for Wednesday's STAR. VOTE!
