Hayley Spragg, Lauralton Hall softball: Senior threw a one-hitter, struck out 10 and added two hits, a run and an RBI in a 12-0 win over New Fairfield and tossed a no-hitter and struck out eight in a 14-0 win over Notre Dame-Fairfield.

Caroline Barton, Westbrook tennis: Junior went 3-0 for the week, winning in straight sets over Morgan, Cromwell and Old Lyme. The No. 1 singles player for Westbrook won her first 10 matches of the season.

Christina Laudano, Wilbur Cross softball: Senior had five hits, including a home run, and eight RBIs as the Governors split a doubleheader with rival Hillhouse on Friday.
