The junior tossed a four-hitter and drove in two runs in a 6-1 win over Amity, threw a three-hit shutout and had an RBI in a 2-0 win over Cheshire and struck out 11 and had two hits in blanking Wilbur Cross 13-0.

Katie Gill, Sheehan softball: Senior had two hits, a run and an RBI in a 13-1 win over Hillhouse and had two hits and scored in a 3-1 win over Cheshire.

Taylor Burger, Haddam-Killingworth softball: Junior was 11-for-14 with 11 runs, eight RBIs and had two outfield assists as the Cougars went 3-0.

Jess Harkness, Foran softball: Sophomore pitched a no-hitter in a 3-0 win over Amity.

Hayley Spragg, Lauralton Hall softball: Senior threw a one-hitter, struck out 10 and added two hits, a run and an RBI in a 12-0 win over New Fairfield and tossed a no-hitter and struck out eight in a 14-0 win over Notre Dame-Fairfield.

Caroline Barton, Westbrook tennis: Junior went 3-0 for the week, winning in straight sets over Morgan, Cromwell and Old Lyme. The No. 1 singles player for Westbrook won her first 10 matches of the season.

Christina Laudano, Wilbur Cross softball: Senior had five hits, including a home run, and eight RBIs as the Governors split a doubleheader with rival Hillhouse on Friday.

Arianna Pustari, North Haven softball: Sophomore had a no-hitter against West Haven, a two-hitter against Law, and had five strikeouts in a 5-1 win over Cheshire.
